Screen time

Let VitaSync read your phone’s daily screen time.

On Android, VitaSync can read your daily screen time from the phone. It needs the usage access permission.

Turn it on

Open the menu, then Integrations, then Screen time. Android opens the usage access setting. Turn it on for VitaSync.

What is stored

One number per day: your total screen time in hours. VitaSync stores the total, not a list of apps.

Entering it by hand

If you would rather not grant the permission, enter screen time as hours and minutes on the Log tab.

iPhone

iOS has no way for other apps to read Screen Time. On iPhone it will be manual entry only, when that version comes.
